Hello, Gwaners is like 1 year and 8mos old. She will poop in the tub with warm water. I just thought it would be easier on her and I cus she is now free roaming if she went in the box. She has a basking shelf, with her reptisun 5.0 and her basking light overhead. I put her food and water dish in the kitchen, and of course she has no problem finding that. Her shelf is a 2 story. On the ground next to it, is her box. I have not moved it, since I want her to get used to where it is. Everytime I see her actually go to the box and do it herself in the box, I praise her, I havent tried repeating the word "bathroom" tho. I will try that. She usually likes to poop between 9am-10:30am. When I see her going to the living room, and just walking around like shes looking for something, I just have to pick her up and put her in the box. If I dont, there will be poop for me to clean =( I then sit by the box so she knows she cant leave, then she will poop. But, sometimes she tricks me. Like the day or (days) she pooped on my futon while she was sitting next to me. Shes done the futon 3 times. Once, I didnt know she pooped on it, I had a blanket there where I was snuggling and watching tv, well, I got up, and my roomate started laughing at me, I had "huge" poop all over my back and sweats. Talk about gross. =( I still love my Gwaners, even tho she likes to poop on everything. The poops are getting really BIG too. They are not little bitty anymore. THey are big like a cats. I will try to fill the box with water too, see how that helps. Thanks for yer help. Yvette and pooping Gwaners
