I've got an iguana with metabolic bone disease. It's not a very severe case. We got some medication from the vet, got him a new light with UVA and UVB and got him all the foods he needs to have a healthy diet. Unfortunately, he has a tiny appetite. He shows interest in his food, but then stops eating after only a few bites. To get a little more food into him, we've been force-feeding him some mixed vegetable baby food. How is he supposed to get more calcium if he hardly eats?? Does anyone have any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Kate
