Keep in mind that proper uvb lights (perhaps try the active spot light thingy by zoo med that's 50 dollars a bulb..sold at herpsupplies.com, it's used to treat mbd methinks) and proper food he will get better in time. If the medication is put on the food, make sure it's the food he eats. If you only put a little food in at a time wiht the med on it..then he'll eat that..and just fill it up later with more food, in case he gets hungry.

How long have you had him? could take a couple of weeks to have him start acting like a iguana..not to mention that changing caages and all this light and good food...could be overwhelming for a little ig =)
