Stomatitis ~ any helpful info????

it's been a LONG day + it's a LONG story but basically the emergency vet just told me iZ has Stomatitis ... he's on oral Baytril for the next 10 days ...
have never had to deal with this ~ anyone have anything helpful or educational to share???????
