iguana bite to the face...help...urgent advice needed

Looking for advice to give to a local plastic surgeon who is treating a local patient who just took a nasty bit to the face by a green iguana. As an officer in the local herp society, I got the call. The doc. is loooking for advice on the types of bacteria etc that may be found in a iguana bite.
