I think you missed my point . Some of your questions are simply not relevent . As for charging it just does not make sence . Some will say that people are more inclined to care for an animal they pay for but we all know this is not true if it was us rescues who have been around awhile would never get thousand dollar snakes infested with mites or other high priced animals . It has nothing to do with money it is the PERSON caring for the animal . I have never charged comming in or going out in my mind that would defeat the whole idea of me doing it . I have taken donations but have never forced people to make them . You simply have to have faith in the the person that you give them to . Do not get me wrong I have turned down many people and as you run the rescue it is your choice who to give them to . If you try to hold to high a standard you can believe me when I tell you your just going to have a house full of animals who you will not have time to care for as well as you want others to ..
