Basking temps

Hi, I'm trying to setup the lighting/heating in my new cage. At the moment the basking spot has 2 60W bulbs but the temp is only getting up to 86deg. I've now added a 100W bulb for a warmerspot, but now the temp is 116-118 deg. Is this way too high or will I have to try an 80W bulb? I suppose I could move it slightly to the side of the basking spot which would cool it down a bit.

Also what temp should the waterbowl be? We bought the cage second hand and I find it too cold. The water bowl is right at the bottom with no heat source near it. I've now hung a 100W bulb about 3' above it but i'll have to check what the temp gets to.
