Hi everyone,
I got a new {atleast to me}2 year old female iguana. She is really sweet, and is still a bit nervous, but gives me kisses and loves her bath. The only problem {other than all the scratches on my arms..lol} is that I know she wants to be able to walk around on her own, but I don't know how to do it so it is safe for her, and everything else in my house. I did let her crawl around on my couch the other day, she went to the end and did this kind of flying iguana thingy off of the sofa onto my speaker almost breaking a glass clock. But of course when my husband and I jumped she got scared, ran around the living room, then under the couch. I did get her back but she was scared and a bit shook up. I know I need to give her time to get used to my house, but any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you all very much. I love this forum.
