What could this be?!

I have two iguannas,Gavin and Mac Daddy, and this morning i found a substance kinda like the whites of an egg, it was a clear gel with a milky white spot/area to it, on the bottom of their cage..my family and i have been hypotosizing everything from vomit to a miscarriage...so what do you think...what could it be?!
