I agree with the others that posted that this could be signifying some sort of health problem. How long has your iguana been not eating? When did you move her? How different is her cage (her or him)? WHat does her coloring look like? The more details you can provide, the better your chances of getting an accurate answer.
Here's an important question: How warm is your baby's basking spot and how warm is the rest of the cage? A good overall ambient temperature for an iguana's cage should be around 75-80 degrees F, while the basking spot should be around 95. If s/he's not warm enough, she will neither eat nor be active.
