You mentioned that you are preparing a room for him. What are they chance that he could simply have the ROOM to live in ? Couple of nice artificial trees to climb in, good strong UV light, room humidifier and heat, couple of basking shelves and climby things.... IF dedicating the entire room to him is an option you may want to consider it....Potentially less work than building an enclosure, easier to clean/feed/interact with the ig. I'd give my left something or other to be able to dedicate a room to an ig....;)
