Welllll.... Depending on the size of the room you COULD always split it in half by putting up a wall. Half for storage and models half for the ig. Either way, take a look at the equipment that I suggested so you can decide on just how to incorporate everything into the room. Knowing what you have to play with before hand always cuts down on time/effort spent retrofitting things. The only things I can think of that may be at all tricky would be possibly enclosing the heat source - depending on what you go with. Locating the UV bulbs may be another issue.

I have to admit, I'm extremely impressed with both you and Josi. It takes a lot of dedication just to take in an ig. It takes even more to dedicate a portion of your home to one. He/she will definitely be happier/healthier for it though.
