I brought Freddy into my life when things werent too crazy. I was good about it too....did all he research before I got him, and was (am still) confident that I could take care of him. Two months later my wife got pregnant. Now I have a 1 month old baby girl in my house and Freddy isn't getting the attention he needs. I stress attention, because he gets the care he needs. He eats and is kept clean, but I've cut down the handleing to nearly zero. I'm afraid of getting my daughter sick.
So now I am facing a moral decision. Should I keep him and not pay attention to his "social" needs until my daughter gets a little older and is less fragile, because then I could handle him more often and things will be back to normal. Or...do I give him up. Totaly for free, with his huge enclosure which I really built with all my love for him. It would hurt to get rid of him, but part of me says it might be better for him. I dont know, PLEASE ADVISE.
