Strange Bump or Blister on my Iguana - Please Help

My iguana who is 1yr 9mo old recently developed two bumps two inches down from the base of his tail. They are dark brown with a sort of scab over the top. Could this have happened from the heat lamp or the heatrock? Or is it something else? If you have any personal experience or knowlege on the subject, please reply ASAP.
