does this salad sound good?

Ok I made a huge salad today it consists of Collard greends, Escarole, and Red Chards are sliced and tossed together with a little bit of apple in it some green beans, and some butternut squash. Does this sound good for my iguana? I looked for dandilion but i couldnt find any. Also is there a better way to slice and mix up the foods im usuing just my hands and a knife and it doesnt work that well. Thanks
