so sitting around in the heat is pretty typical. Please lose the hot rock immediately! They are dangerous to your ig, and will cause severe burns. You don't need it anyway if you have basking bulbs. Igs should receive heat from above, not from clutching a hot rock. If you want supplimental heat from a pad-like device, don't use a human heating pad.
