Herpsupplies.com carries several sizes/wattages. The panels themselves do not have any controls in and of themselves with the exception of on/off switches and safety shutoffs. We recommend that they be run in conjunction with something like ESU's temperature controller.
Personally, I have yet to see anything that confirms that iguanas need "belly heat" in order to digest or perform any other functions. Therefore, the need for a heat source under them is, at best, questionable in my book. BY switching to an RHP you should increase the efficiency of your heat source as opposed to bulbs and it also provides you with a means of heating your enclosure at night without the need for any "night bulbs" which, in my opinion can disturb an iguana's sleep.
