I got a supposedly 9 or 19 month old iguana that is close to 2 foot long. He is in descent health (except for some "dorsal spike-scales" that are missing) He looks like he needs help shedding, how can I help him?
I have been feeding him Collard Greens, Carrots, and Kale (I just found out that kale is bad)
Also what is the best thing to use as a bedding? I am using newspaper, and removing waste daily, but it is getting a smell to it, after only 3 days.
Can anyone give me advice on constructing a cage for him? I would eventually like to get him a female, so How big would a cage have to be for 1? for 2?
Last question, I remember a friend of mine having anoles in with his iguanas, is that advizable?
