Questions about feeding, depression and sneezing....

Hi all. I know that iguanas get rid of the salt in their bodies by sneezing. My question is, how often are they supposed to sneeze the salt out? How much ( in quantity ) should I feed a five year old male? I am just taking him in and I'm also wondering about him becoming depressed. Hw long does this last and how do I get him back to normal? Should I use calcium and vitamin supplements if I'm feeding the iguana a proper diet? Should I give him calcium or vitamins at all?
