My ig sneezes quite often during the day(I don't have an exact number.) But excessive sneezing could be a sign of a respiratory infection. Liquid and bubbles coming out of the nose or mouth and breathing loudly and with the mouth wide open is also a sign. So just be on the lookout for that stuff. But sneezing a lot during the day is normal.
I have a 5 year old ig, and I feed him as much as he wants. I would guess I feed him about 3 in a half to 4 cups of food a day. But if he acts hungry, I feed him more. Igs don't have a tendency to get overweight and will stop eating when they are full.
You might get a lot of different opinions about the calcium/vitamin question. But if you are feeding a proper diet and providing proper lighting, most people feel that vitamin/calcium supplementation is not necessary.
I am not sure about your quesiton on depression. Igs do not like change, some take it better than others. If he's used to a certain routine, like getting out of his cage or being fed at a certain time, then try to stick to the routine he is used to. Sometimes it just takes time to adjust.
