shedding problem

Hiya ppl , iz'mom :)
i've been busy with school etc so i dont spend as much time here as i should ,but thats life i guess,
anyway i have aproblem i saw it comming but i coulndt stop it. my eldest iguana has shedding problems due to many circumstances wich are hard to explain (basicly a stupid owner(me). anyway i tried spraying her every morning, this time specifly her as wel as the srounding but her skin wont let loose, i used a spray but i cant get that spray anymore in holland :((
the skin on some problem parts (neck .spine,and in her "armpits") is i think three layers think not all over but spots. i cant get i loos with sprayin her all over
i cut away some skin , but i hate to use that option all over cause that would be rather damaging,
so i'm gonna try soaking her in warm water .. but do u ppl have any sugestions ?? the rest of the iggy's are shedding fine, and i raise the humidity to 70% for the first part of the day .. then i loose that cause i have to use a lot of heat .. i dont want to use oil cause that can sufficate the skin, any idea's are qwelcome , thanx in advance dark
