ok kid, i doubt that your ig's owner is stupid!!!! just extremely BUSY! and shedding is one of those things that you hope will just resolve itself ... and usually it should ... :)
the best thing i can think of to tell you is to try soaking her in the bath tub every night ... it will help even more than just spraying because it will give the old skin a better chance to soak and get loose ... try gently rubbing the edges of the stubborn shed to encourage them to get loose ...
i got in the cabinet and found an old bottle of ESU 'Shed Ease' .... (is that what you used???) i wwas hoping it would have ingredients listed but doesn't ... but it is not greasy or oily at all ... i wonder if you could use a dry skin lotion that's made for human babies???? i figure it would be a lighter-weight lotion than what's made for adults and also tends to be less perfumed ... also, a lotion souldn't suffocate the skin the way an oil would ....
once iZ got over his fear of the bath tub, i didn't really need the Shed Ease any more ....

don't stay gone for so long ok?!?!?
hope this helps
big grins + hugs
:P + :)
