As the cooler, dryer months have arrived many of us may find our scaly friends going through particularly long and difficult sheds. We may try more frequent soaks or different products and oils to aid this. While, Olive oil, Mineral oil, and other aids are safe when used in moderation. They can be very dangerous around the eyes, nostrils, ears, and mouth. We should also keep in mind that skin and shedding problems might be symptomatic of medical or husbandry deficiencies.
