uggg.....man now that sure steams my kettle....

I was at this petshot today, a big one, some critter place or something.....and was so saddened by what i saw...there was this 4ft male iggy in a cage, who had rubbed his snoot down to the bone..he had no claws on alot of his toes and was as skinny as a rail..and he was for sale for 50$....This perticular pet place, resales animals, brought in by customers, given to them for free, with no vet care.....im sorry...but they take an unwanted animal, refuse to pay anything for it, and then go and resale it to whoever!?marked up 100percent!!!...this is an outrage....there no rescue!?..how is that legal?...im mostly pissed to see this because, i mean...if there was a dog..with a festering wound on his face, in a crate with other dogs, skinny and missing toes,....well let me just say, someone would be in jail, or at least the shop would be charged with cruelty to animals......what could i do about it?
