Yet another ActiveUV Heat bulb question...

I am confused about this bulb and the difference between the flood light and the spot light. And does this replace the light set up one already has? I mean, do I get rid of my Zoo med 5.0 UV light, or keep it along with this activeUV heat bulb? I am confused. Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks.
