Question about diarhea (pleasant, I know)

Hi all,
Sorry this isn't such a pleasant topic to discuss, but Bobbit has had diarhea for about a week straight now and I'm a bit worried about him. I notice that there are vegetable skins in his poop too, like pepper skins. (I skin everything else, like squash etc.) I don't think he's digesting his food very well. I'm worried.
He's plenty warm, has a lot of natural sunlight every day, and is getting tons to eat. I mist them with two full bottles of water a day, and he is sleeping normally.
I'm taking him to the vet to be re-de-wormed this week, but I'm now wondering if HE has got worms, why is Habib's poop normal? Doesn't make sense that if one iguana has worms/diarhea, that the other one would too since they use the same poop bin (not at the same time, duh!) and eat the same foods?
Now I'm worried it may be more than just worms. I can't worry this much until the vet appointment, so I thought I'd post here to see if anyone can tell me what having chronic diarhea is a sign of? Does it sound like worms or something else?
Other than this, he is acting mostly normal, eating well etc. One difference that has me a bit concerned is lately when I bring him in from his outside cage, he takes off in a MAD rush. He FLIES and has even smacked into the wall he's in such a hurry to run away. Normally, he's calm and doesn't try to run away, so this new behavior has me puzzled. Has anyone any insight for me on this matter? What could he be trying to tell me with his new crazy biserk running spells?
Diana
