The temps in both basking spots are at 98 degrees. Every where else is a range from 80-95 degrees. I don't use calcium spray or any other supplements...I mist the food w/ water. Both ig's are in the same enclosure but it's not a closed area. They can come and go as they please although they do not come out as of yet. I didn't expect the baby to come out so soon on it's own but figure the older one would start roaming around outside the enclosure first. Humidity is kept at 60-65. Knowing it needs to be higher I keep them both misted until we can get a mister or a fogger. My plan for keeping two grown ig's is to continue to take care of them and to have free roamers w/ one continuous shelf around the perimeter of our living room about 12-18" from the ceiling along w/ more basking areas and UV lights. The shelves will be covered in plastic vines, leaves and plants and will come out of their enclosure on one side and go back into the enclosure on the other side. If an entire room isn't big enough to keep both ig's happily once they are older than of course one will be moved to another room of it's own. Have you ever cared for a hatchling? If so how did it act and what did you feed?
: Maybe the temperature is too cold and she isn't hungry. It very probably could be worms. I wouldn't drench the food with calcium spray. I wouldn't eat that stuff either. I don't use that with my iguanas.
: Do you have both iguanas in the same cage? What are you going to do with two full sized iguanas?
