Well, the brand would be important to know because... There was a certain brand of bulbs which someone mentioned here earlier. They do not emit a suitable amount of UVB rays.
There is no reason for name calling or crude comments. We all here are trying to help. We wanted you to expand upon the greens to make sure that they were the correct greens.
The man at the zoo probably has a much bigger enclosure for the iguana's there. That is why he can keep those temperatures at such high levels. You on the other hand, are restricted to a closet. Between the hotspots and the cooler areas of the cage, there is not much room for a temperature gradient. If the iguana wants to cool off, then it has no cool place to go. Which is why you shouldn't let your iguana's "hot spots" or basking areas be over 100 degrees Farenheit.
