Fat iguana over night

My iguana is around 4-5 months old and i think he is sick. Over the period of around 3-4 days it has swolen everywhere. I thought he was just growing fast but he doesn't seem to like to move around anymore. He usually sits on my shirt but he now looses his ballance. His feet, legs and tail have gotten really swolen or fat. I have not seen him poop so i'm not sure if he is just constipated, if so, what do i give him.
