: I need some advice
the only thing anybody on this forum can tell you that will help your problem is to take the igg to a vet immediately. Ask for proper list of foods to feed it ...we can recommend types of food and approximately how much, such as collared greens, mustard greens, turnip greens, escarole (70-80% dark, thick, leafy greens..NO lettuce of any kind or spinach), 10-15% fruits such as raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and the *occasional* banana and apple slices, as well as green beans, peas, some carrots, squash, etc....but it is up to you to make sure a vet looks at it to diagnose it's problem. Ask for a care sheet. remember that iguanas MUST have UV lighting; we recommend reptisun flourescent tubes or the Iguanalight...not just any old flourescent will do. Plenty of water is also a must...he may need two water bowls..one to drink out of and one to defecate in. Please please please see a vet though, it will make all the difference, and keep up with us and let us know how it goes. Good luck!
