my iguana looks pregnant

Hi, i have a 6 month old iguana and in the past week he looks very bloated and has a couple of lumps on the side of his body. can iguanas have eggs this early? he also seems to try to attack my other iguana who is the same age and they used to get along before. please let me know if a gravid iguana this young is possible. thanks.
