At six months the iguana is far too young to be gravid. Please don't take this the wrong way but are you sure the iguana is only 6 months? How long have you had it and where did you get it from?
As for why one is attacking the other .... what size enclosure do you have them in? If the enclosure is too small they could be showing signs of aggression in order to claim the best basking spots, food, etc.
Personally, I would take BOTH igs to the vet for a fecal exam to rule out worms
