IguanaDen Diet

I recently decided to put my iguana on the IguanaDen diet.(or at least tried to!) Does anyone have any idea where to find most of the items on his list. I have checked every major grocery store,ie. bakers,hyvee,albertsons, etc. and can only find the basic greens. and what the heck is swiss chard anyway!!
help...I really want to at least try this diet because of all the good things I've heard about it. Currently, Zeus is on Kaplans basic salad. any suggestions???
