Do you have a "Whole Foods Market" in your area? They have EVERYTHING on the Den Diet list. If not, how about trying an oriental market. They have a wide assortment of lovely veggies you will never find in Albertsons. Another suggestion, have you thought about joining an organic co-op? They are becoming very popular across the country (especially in rural areas where access to clean, assorted vegetables is non-existent). Regarding co-op's, you can locate national locations by doing a little research on the net.

Another idea, before I found Whole Foods Market, I used to have the produce manager in Albertsons order organic veggies and fruit just for me. And yes, they were happy to do it. If all else fails, talk to the produce manager.
