Swiss chard is a good green?red? veggie full of vits, the only thing is when my ig eats it she poops reddish, so don't freak, it's normal. We're lucky here in Fla., we have Food Lion grocery and we've gottento know the produce manager and he orders different greens for us and we can buy it in pic and choose fashion so it's the best.
