??? on hydrogen peroxide

Hey there,

There has been a question brought up in another forum, and I just wanted to see what you all thought about this.

Is hydrogen peroxide harmful for reptiles?? My vet told me to clean the tip of my anoles tail with peroxide and then put the neosporin over it. Which I did and her tail healed beautifully

Someone on another forum said peroxide is a no-no, that it is very harmful to reptiles skin and that it stings them. I can't see why it would hurt them, it is 97% water.

What do you think?
