I use hydrogen peroxide and vinegar (in separate bottles) for a cleaning agent to disinfect the lizard cage. It is non toxic, however, I would never put peroxide directly on them to clean a wound. This stuff dries out the skin. A triple antibiotic cream should work fine on its own.
