my iguana will not eat in front of me.

When I come into the room and find her eating she will stop and go to the back of the cage and sit there for a while. I don't think she likes me very well. I take her out of her cage and let her have roam of the house, she will run away from me and go anywhere else where I am. I have also found to brownish almost grey spots on her left hind leg. I just say this today. Can someone tell me what this is?
