Diet (kinda long)

Hey everyone. I just want to make sure that my iglet is gettin proper nutrican. He/She (can't decide witch) diet consists mostly of collard and mustard green, with a little bit of grated carrots, and also a small amount of fruits. I also sprinkle a little bit of Reptocal calcium supplement on the food once in a while. Is this a good diet for a iglet? I also have another guestion, i was told that it would be good for my ig if I gave him some Prime supplement, witch is made for birds. Has anyone ever heard of givin there ig bird supplement? I'm not going to give him any intill I know its safe. Is it? Thank you so much. :)
