your diet sounds fine so far ... there's alot of things you could add/rotate to the greens to keep your ig's interest in it's food ... so!
couple of diet/nutrition links for you ~ the Basking Spot has a really good table that lists darned near everything you can think of as far as ig food ...
The Basking Spot
MK's Giant Green Iguana Care

birds are NOT vegetarians + so i personally would hesitate to use something made for them ... it depends totally on what it's ingredients are ...
i'd ask WHY it would be good for the ig too ... if you're feeding a good diet, you really shouldn't need supplements ~ including the Reptical ~ btw ~ TUMS EX is an excellent source of calcium if you ARE gonna supplement, it's prob'y alot cheaper too ... *grin*

if the "PRIME" is s'posed to be for growing fledglings, it may be that it's adding protein to their diet ... ???? again, you don't need supplements for that, diet alone can do it ~ green beans are one thing that's high in protein + that igs usually like alot ... with a young ig, it's prob'ly not going to do any harm, they grow so fast + can use the extra protein ... an older ig doesn't need as much and *too much* protein is hard on the kidneys ... (tho plant protein isn't AS rough on them as animal protein ...)

'zat help????
Bon. + iZ
