radient heat panels ...

is there a link i can go read up on these things??? am wondering if they'd be an alternative to what we're using now for iZ's room ... would they heat a room that's 11'x12'8' tall?? right now, we use (oh what's it called!?!?) ... my brain cramped up again ... it looks like an old fashioned radiator but it's electric ... (it's in the closet in iZ's room and the closet door is replaced by mesh so he can't get too close ... )

ok ... it's my day off work + i have to go do SOMEthing productive like clean the kitchen ... uck ...
