Sounds like you have your emergency plan of action all set. Good for you!! I really do like to hear what other people plan on doing in situations like this.
I'm sure you are well aware of this, but I thought I should mention it anyway. Use cation with the propane heaters, due to the fumes that may be emitted... Like I said, I am sure you are well aware of this already!
Another small item I have found useful for short periods of time is a 12 volt power pack and a 12 volt auxiliary car heater. These will help keep things warm while you get the other heating methods set up.

: Here in Canada, we always have to be prepared for power outages primarily during winter storms and sheesh, can it ever get cold lol! I too cannot overstress the importance of having a contingency plan in place in case the power does go out for a long period of time.
: We have our igs (the ones housed here anyways) in one room. We also have the portable propane heaters on hand, with lots of propane which we can fire up should the power go out. These things should never be left unattended though as they are a serious fire risk as with any heating element.
: We also have heaters for the quarantine room and can easily move the rest of our "kids" down to the ig room if need be to keep them warm as well. We strategically left enough space for all the cages.
: Our next plan of action is to get a generator to have on site as well for added back up. Of course, the ultimate goal and dream: solar power lol!
