The baths everyday and a tub in here cage should be fine . You do not have to rub or peel them . The only time this is needed is ehn there is a problem Ie build up on the tail or spikes . If your iguana has a gage with room and lots of stuff in it logs hides thingd to climb on the he will not need help with his skin .
