Any Shortcuts to feeding besides freezing?

I would like if possible, if not im perfectly fine with doing it every day, to see if there are any shortcuts to feeding Double D. I dont want to mess with freezing as small freezer space. Can I tear up his greens, shred his veggies and ziplock them and store them for a week in the fridge? Or how long would they be good? Any ideas? Thanks
