I chop/tear up all my greens Saturday when I get them and mix them in a couple tupperware containers. (wash first) A little trick I've learned is to put a few paper towels on top and turn the tupperware upside down in the fridge. This way all excess water soaks into the towels and you can change them for the first couple days when they get soaked (keeps veggies from getting nasty sooner than you use them too) Most greens mix very well although you sometimes have problems if you don't buy the freshest greens. (sometimes I don't get the freshest dandelion or watercress and then I keep in separate so as not to have to pick it out later if it gets slimy before I use it up)
You can also cut up or shred your squashes and misc. veggies-- storing them in a ziplock to sprinkle on your greens. I wouldn't mix any fruit though because it tends to get ucky faster. Good luck and happy shredding.
