We went to the Vet and got strange results. Now What! Help??

This is the second time I have written and I respect your suggestions, please help me save my beloved Ms Attitude.
I reciently wrote the Ig forum with my adult female having symptoms of being lathargic & Thin and won't eat. You suggested we go to the Vet, so we did, we took fecal samples and blood samples. The fecal samples were negative for worms (for both her and her mate), and the blood test for her came back with high calcum normal every thing else. My vet suggested a broken egg (inside her) and said he did not think there was any thing we could do. I live in a rural area and the vet is very willing to assist in any way he can, but we are stumped. Please help!!!

PS: Her mate has gained 2.3 lbs and is VERY healthy.
