Reptile Rescues...(read)

To whom it may concern,
I am interested in iguana's, though right now I am more a chameleon and gecko person.
I would like to get one in about 2 years, I figure in that time I will amass enough knowledge, enough experience
and hopefully enough money and room to house one(along with the ginormous terrarium and proper lightings etc)
The reason why I'm posting this is I am having the hardest time finding a reptile rescue(asides the reptile refuge..which doesnt adopt out pets for that matter).
I would like to find one now which houses iguana's as well as many other types of lizard, so I may adopt one in time and take care of it.
Possibly volunteer once in awhile to learn so much more, as well as help out.
And when I am ready to take on the responcibility of an iguana, I will be able to and know where to find it.
(obviously if I volunteer, I will mostlikely become attached to one).
So my question is, I am reaching out to all you iguana lovers and repti lovers out there...
does any one of you know of a reptile rescue or reptile in need that would be in the British Columbia(canada) Vancouver area?
I would really really appreciate the help
as well as when the time comes..a good place to get the right habitat for the iguana, or whatever else I adopt.

ps, I have many terrariums for varius size reps, as long as some scattered knowledge.
Mostly chameleons and gex right now though...
though nothing large enough for an iguana yet...but eventualy...yes.
