we just need to realize, the person HAS the ig and now they're asking for help OR they've already decided to buy an iglet + are asking how to care for it ~ it becomes a moot point that they should have done one thing or another ... they're asking for input, not lectures ...

i DO agree that in a perfect world ... etc etc etc ... but sometimes we need to take a deep breath + realize and *accept* that this *isn't* a perfect world and go from there ...

i met iZ almost exactly 4 yrs ago (sunday is our anniversary/birthday!) ... i rescued him on a whim from the wife of a friend ... i knew absolutely NOTHING about igs or reptiles or anything ~ only that he was in a baaaaaaaaad place and i had to get him out ... the rest is history ...

not everyone starts out "The Right Way" ... we need to keep trying to be a helpful and FRIENDLY forum regardless ... but that also includes having the ability to Poitely Disagree + Politely Discuss our differences and NOT go off on ranting tirades (like on some forums) ... we're never all going to agree and *that* should be ok ... the ig's health and happiness should be our goal ...
