Why not use glass? It is much more durable, and can be cheaper than plexi. I just finished taking all the plexi out of a cage, and I'm replacing it all with glass because it will hold up better in the long run. Also, if you move or decide to make a bigger enclosure, glass will increase the resale value of your current enclosure.
