HELP: Need Advise on adopting a couple of igs.

Hi,
I have been e-mailing a person for about a week and a half that had 4 desert iguanas for sale. They were all wild caught (1.3 ratio) and sold by Weis Reptiles. I got an e-mail today from the person saying one is almost dead and another one is dying. She claims she her whole set up was great...had the UVB florescent light bulb, loved collard greens, housed in a 55 gallon, gave lots of calcium. What went wrong? DO you guys have any ideas?

Now the person says she will give them to me free and I do not know if I want them. She says two are fine and perfect health. If I got these do you think they will survive? ALso I have 9 other lizards and 4 turtles, can these lizards have a desease that will kill all my other herps? Is it better to just not get them?
